Financial Assistance

We have seen, first-hand, the impact that Barefoot can have in lives of children & families. Engaging in nature based activities and risks with children of multiple ages builds confidence and develops character, and contributes to the overall mental and physical health of a child.

Access to forest school should not be hindered by financial limitations. That’s why BU will always be low-cost - we know most homeschool families are single income households. We are pleased to offer opportunities for assistance through this financial scholarship initiative.   

At BU, we believe that all homeschooling families, regardless of their financial or personal circumstances, should have the opportunity to engage in forest school. 

Our Financial Scholarship Initiative is a need-based program in which families can apply to receive assistance with yearly enrollment and/or supply fees for the school year. Please fill out the application below to submit your request.
